i got a friend who is bout to be runnin super test 450 (prop,enan,cyp).. its his second cycle of test..first was test and d bol.. 5 10 180 8or 9% bf.. hes lookin for mass he eats bout 4500 cals and 250 g of protein a day.. how much should he run and how often.. just one cc once a week ? or more frequent cuz of the prop in it?
