Muscleaddiction- your right, maybe I should get into better shape before doing a cycle.
Bluetwistedsteel67- I fully understand adding 5-10lbs and dropping bf is not very realistic. I should have been more clear, I want to drop bf to 10%, I have done it before with strict dieting and working out hard, I know how difficult it is, and how much sacrifice and dedication is required.
The only reason I wanted to cycle EQ is because I wanted to hold on to the muscle I have while I cut, I wanted a hard, lean body. The reason I put Test 400 with EQ is because ppl online say to always run test with any cycle.
Just for clarification:
150 @ 16% BF is 126lb lean mass, 24lb fat.
160 @ 10% BF is 144lb lean mass, 16lb fat
Adding 18lb of muscle and losing 8lb of fat would be a hell of a cycle, wouldn't it?
Just to maintain his weight and get to 10% BF, he needs to add 9lb of muscle AND drop 9lb of fat.
