Inject it, workout a couple times a week, and eat. That's one cycle. There's about 300 more like that, different varieties.
As for acne, it will give you a big patch on your left shoulder.
Now that I am done kidding around, you need to do your own research and make some decisions. You're in the information gathering phase, you just asked about primo. Decide what you want to run, come up with a cycle plan, post it here for critic. Don't make someone else come up with a plan for you.
