What's up guys. Last week my friend gave me half a bottle of Test 400. This is something I've been talking about doing for several years now. I'm 23 years old, 5'8" and fight to stay at 130lbs. I haven't been to the gym in a couple of years. I'm ready to get back at it everyday. I just need some input and advice. He also gave me pills so I don't get man boobs (how he described them haha) I also have P90x but it seems to be a pain in the ass with those dumb ass resistance bands. Is this the right product for me? Do I workout without it for a couple weeks first? I just want to make sure I go about this right way. Thanks.
