Test 400 for inexperienced "skinny kid"

Before I piss you off, let me state that I WON'T be using the Test 400. BUT, can give me the cons of using it. I'm gonna give it back to my boy but I want to tell him why. Honestly he's only used it one time (half bottle). But the dude he got it from we're both cool with and he's a fucking monster lol. So I just want to let him know it's not worth it EVEN IF it was only a one time thing for him.
 
In high school the Marines came to our PE class and I passed their drills. 100 sit-ups in 60 seconds and whatever the push-up challenge was. That use to be NO problem for me. Now I can barely do 15 push-ups and 3 pull-ups. Of course since I'm 125-130lbs sit-ups still come with ease.
 
And while I'm on here, is P90X fucking retarded? And will I even be able to handle it JUST starting out??

No, it's a good workout, but not really meant for people like you who are more in need of adding mass. P90x is more for those looking to shed bf and getting ripped. You need to do more mass building. Basically, eat 5000-6000 calories a day, focused around quality protein but plenty of quality carbs and fats too. You probably want close to 200 grams of protein per day. Eat a lot of eggs, meat, nuts, peanut butter, whole grains, fibrous veggies (salad). Lift weights, reps of 8-12, 5 sets per body part, focused on large muscles and compound movements (chest, back, thighs, don't waste time doing small muscle exercises like bicep curls). Resting between sets is ok. You can make the last set a drop set or a burnout set. You probably want a two day split with 4 days a week lifting weights, hitting each body part twice a week.

The only supplements you probably need are protein powder and creatine. After you gain 30 pounds, you probably will want to change things up.

Others may have different advice, but that's mine.
 
Take idobehigh's advice. Definently get back in the gym. You have alot of potential with natural growth. Good job on researching it before shooting it!

Tell him you're giving it back because you realized that shutting down your body's natural hormonal production is a bad idea, especially since you're unsure of how to bring it back with a proper post cycle therapy protocol. You now know that once you stop using the steroid, youre left with a limp noodle and small sack. You also realized that this could possibly hinder achieving any muscle gain in the future without the assistance of steroids since your body can no longer produce the levels it once did. Then, tell him that you had an epiphany. You realized that steroids are not magic drugs that make you big, but are meant to aid those who take bodybuilding seriously for years and not just as a hobby, but as a lifestyle. And, until you have put in your time, blood, and sweat, you feel you are unfit for steroid use.
 
Dude, fair play to you for asking. I'm new to using steroids as well, but have a degree in Sports Science and been lifting for 8 years. Common sense goes a long way and educating yourself on forums like this one is a great idea as it's full of people who know what they are talking about. If someone hands you a half used bottle, don't trust it. 1) It could be anything. 2) He could have re-used needles 3) Half a bottle won't do much (if anything).

First things first. Ask yourself what you want to achieve. Then research into what diet you need to help reach that goal. Nutrition and diet is key to gaining muscle, there's a lot of stuff on the internet about what foods you should/shouldn't eat so I won't bore you. As for your workout, get a plan sorted out. Again, there's loads of stuff on the internet that you can use if you don't know how to plan a regime yourself. Also you need commitment, it's not going to happen over night, it's a long, painful, tiring but ultimately, enjoyable experience. I trained for 8 years solid, completely cleanly and I like to think that it's shaped the person I am today. I didn't take any shortcuts and I worked hard to get my physique. Only now that I've levelled off and it looks like I've reached my natural limits am I considering taking steroids. I recommend you do the same, it's hard work and a long process but you'll be glad you did it all yourself. That's not to say that taking steroids earlier is wrong, it's just how I feel. At the very least, get yourself a solid base before taking anything. If you have a solid foundation of muscle before using AAS you'll be all the better for it.

he is a monster because he works out and eats.. and probably also has great genetics.

obviously he isn't the brightest bulb for recommending someone like you juice nor does he give a shit about your health. he obviously is trying to bait you into buying from him more in the future.. no different than any drug dealer who tries to get people hooked on drugs, or the cigarette companies who target teens to smoke.

i assure you this is the kind of guy who is lucky that his lack of knowledge doesn't come back to bite him in the ass. some guys can do everything wrong and abuse steroids and get away with it. others can do everything correct and still end up with gyno.. its kind of unfair. when something goes wrong which it eventually will with him i promise you he will learn quick
