test 250mg on week 7 Sust Add

Im On week 7 of Test E 250mgx2 a week. will it be worth dropping the test E to 1 shot a week and adding Sust 250mg 1 shot a week

By week 7, given that Sust is just more testosterone, it is kind of all the same. How about stacking an Oral at this point?
