why do people run test between 250-500mg's, the natural athlete produces aproxx. 250 mg equilivent of test, so your just shutting your self down. you should run at least a gram the side effects are lower according to musclar development,
 
where did you get that figure, I've read reports stating testicles and adrenal cortex only produce about 7-10mg/day in an average male..
 
Most studies label the average male as a sedintary male. Not an athlete. Most atheltes have an increased level of production which I think I once read can go up to 20 mg a day. It still isn't close to 250, but 250mg's a week is pretty weak anyway. I just entered the 1K club for test too, its the greatest change I've made in years.
 
Variation, yes, but you loose alot of what is injected, and some fo those mg are esters, but you are correct 100-150 mg a week will get a castrated man back to normal, hormonally at least. Now, a very athletic individual, or someone who just has a naturally high testoterone level will not benefit for long on 250 mg a week (although there certainly something to be said for the placebo effect... which I believe accounts for alot of claims of pro-hormone users... and yes the placebo effect can be VERY powerful and can contribute to noticable gains). Their htpa will be surpressed within a few weeks, and they will be back where they started. That is why I never recomend that low a dose, even for a beginer.
 
read that in normal college guys its 5mg a day. most i ever took was a gram/week but anything over that (1g) is just gonna be overkill. that moonfaced waterbloat look gets old after awhile
 
I believe that strength training over time will increase testosterone levels. But endurance type activities can actually decrease testosterone levels. So using the term "atheletes" is abit too broad.

MUSCLEAR DEVELOPMENT AUG 03 edition in the Anabolic freak section: he claims that the average athletes test equivlent of test production is 250mgs he said cycles below 750mg's are a waste and just shut you down and increase the risk of side effects. also this has been stated in other articles in the mag. as well
 
if I produced 35 mg of test a day, there would be little need for juice.

Hell none of us would need no test!!!!!
