terrible migranes

Every now and them, i have these terrible migranes. My very recent on was yesterday doing legs. Never experienced this before AAS use, I was wondering if high blood pressure could be at play.. anyone ever experience the same?

at first I start feeling warmness in my face, and then I feel as if my head is going to explode, really painful...

Having it checked in a few hours... Hopefully it’s not the problem, if it is, ill have to stop the cycle completely.

it happens a lot. The first time I took Anadrol, I had headaches every night for a month.

Chances are you elevated a previous BP problem. The added stress from lifting is just enough to increase your blood pressure to a level where you are now feeling the affects.

Aspirin will not help end the problem. Aspirin will mask the headache but will not solve the cause.

Make sure you keep yourself hydrated especially if you are increasing heart rate and blood pressure.

i get migraines too. im not sure if yours are migraines or just headaches. the migraines that i get start off with a "loss" of vision (similar to when you stare at the sun or at lights) followed by a headache, nausea, dizziness, and sleepiness. the nausea is so bad that breathing or speaking hurts your head. i've noticed that taking aspirin and caffeine helps prevent them

Thanks fellas, I really should cut down on sodium.. that I truly agree with..after checking my BP, its just a bit higher, i'm sure reducing sodium and improving my diet a little will make a big difference. however i'm glad my bp is not at a level to worry about, and dont have to discontinue the cycle.

Also, i know im not drinking enough water during workout.. easy to fix: )

thanks again!

Had the same problem with drol. It hurt so bad I could barely drive and my vision would get blury. I stopped that shit and felt great the next day.

Migraines are caused by constricted blood vessels in the brain, and there could be a few reasons behind it. Magnesium deficiency and high BP would definitely make you more apt to get a headache. Try SofaGeorge's advice and cut down on sodium.
