tendons and ligaments

I do mixed martial arts. I am getting ready to start a 15 week eq400mg/enan500mg weekly and I am worried about my joints. What can I do to prevent brittle ligaments and tendons?

That cycle should not bother your joint's, if anything the EQ should help a little.
 
What about increasing the chance of injury because of the cycle? Any truth to this? Will the as make y tendons and ligaments brittle?

Not any hard evidence. In fact there is a study that deca helps your joints. Honestly your sport will be much harder on your joints than anything else.

as will not make your connective tissue brittle or more prone to injury. if you have any problems, it will be due to increased stress on the tissue (caused by rapidly increased strength).
 
cool, thanks guys. I feel alot better. I was thinking about not doing mma. I am going to cut back to 2 nights a week though. To take more time to lift.
 
If you use some Deca you will not have any problems. Powerlifters experience 800 times more joint and lignment problems than any one else in bodybuilding or marital arts. Deca will make your joints feel like butter.
