Tendonitis and Healing

ProtienFiend

New member
About 4 years ago I have a hand injury which stretched out a tendon (among other things). Since Im in the technology field I do lots of typing and I get constant tendonitis as of late, due in part to this injury. Does anyone know a way to, not mask, but heal a tendonitis injury? Or any supplements that might help?

Also i've heard of prolotherapy. Anyone have experience with that?

a.r.t. treatments speed the healing process. worked great for my elbow tendinitis. as far as medicines i dont know. time off is the only real way.

Calcium and magnesium
Amino Acid Supplement
Joint Supplement (such as Glucosamine, Chondroiton, MSM)
Cissus Quadrilangus (spelling is probably wrong) also known as "cissus Rx" on BB.com
Also might want to try Glucosa Cream by VPX. haven't tried it but it is a topical cream form of joint complex. Ideal for localized pain.

I suffer from tendonitis in right arm/wrist and CTS in both hands...

celebrex fucking rocks for me... takes about a week to really work and i take 2 at a time instead of one

i however, am not sure about the long term indications of the medicine though

a.r.t. = active release technique. chiropractors can become certified in it, hard tests, co-worker was ceritified for shoulder and elbow, study text is HUGE.

you can look into them via chiropractors. if not covered by insurance they can be $110 for a half hour.

what they do is they place stress on opposing muscle while moving your arm through a full range of motion. painful it is but it works.

I have taken all joint supplements and most dont really do much for me. I have also been HGH at 3.5IU's everyday and helps a little. I would look into Aflutop and see how that works for you. I will be trying it soon as I also have either tendonosis or tendonitis in my elbow and a separated ac joint in my right shoulder. Daily injections but it will be well worth it.

Here's a link on it.
