tendon pain please help

hey guys just need some quick advise. First off today was my last inject of test at 500/week so i'll start pct in a couple, but ive been taking 3 pumps a day of aifm for two weeks and 2 pumps a day for 2 weeks before that. I am getting sore as shit in my elbows from lying extentions and from all curls too. I dont know if i should go lighter on arms and focus more on form{mines not bad to begin with} or if i'm cutting out too much estrogen. Anyway my elbows are killing me so any advise would help.
 
you should be winding down on the AIFM now anyway, during PCT....you can probably do fine with just 1 spray per day
 
I have cut my AIFM down to 1 pump a day and this week have not done AIFM since Monday


Both elbows have hurt for about one month and now my knees, are also sore,

Use to do skull crushers heavy, for tricepts, today could not even move 45 lbs,


Ulter told me just work the pump, which is fine, but I have to go heavy to get pumped some time. Tricepts being a perfect example.

Switch out your triceps extension for some closer-grip pressing movements. Close-grip bench with a grip such that your thumbs are just in from the knurling will activate your triceps much more than extensions ever will. Tuck your elbows during the press.

Basically, if a movement is messing you up then don't do it. There are dozens of exercises available for pretty much any bodypart so stick with ones that are friendly to you rather than hammer away at a sore joint.
 
Muscle will grow faster than the tendons and ligaments can accomodate for during a cycle, I have had this happen before in my elbows from curling too heavy. Just lighten up a little bit until it goes away.
 
thank you everyone. I will go to one pump a day from now and take it easier one the wieght. Plus i am about to start my second cycle of dc training so maybe i will take a week off first. Btw anyone else use dc training and how do you like it?

are you doing lying extensions using a bar? they are notorious for causing pain in the elbow. try using DB's. if the pain continues, then switch to something like close grip bench press, or push downs
 
once you have tendon pain or inflammation, you need to take it easy on them. skull crushers place a tremendous amount of strain on the triceps tendon. slower movements, while focusing on muscle tension and full contraction will provide significant pump even with low weight.

just like with any AI, if you are using too much, lower the dose. Tendon pain is a good sign of too low estrogen.

in PCT rarely is more than 1 pump per day of AIFM necessary (except in those using HCG)
 
I tore the labrium in my shoulder doing skull crushers. i have not done them in about 3 or 4 yrs now, and never will again
 
thanks again guys, and Macro thanks for info on the pct use of aifm. Not to change the subject but i'm going to start to but together my spring-summer cycle so all thoughts are welcome. Lets start by i'm 205 now and never been above 13%bf and i'm pretty happy at this size so i dont want to get too much bigger{yet}. I was gonna go 15 weeks of test cyp and eq at 500 and 600 then towards the end some winstrol @50?day. If my doses seem weird thats because i get a good mixture,its 250test/300eq/ml. But now i'm thinking of
1-5 500test-600eq
6-15 250 test-300eq
7-12 50 winstrol
13-pct 50 ephedra
this is to start with good gains but then keep them slow and solid without getting too big,any thoughts
