sup people..i fucked my arm this weekend ridin my atv went to the dr he said its tendon itis...i worke out on it yesterday becasue i dotn really give a fuck about pain today its hurtn so i took 2 perks...my question is how should my diet look so i dont turn soft im currently doint the keto diet and love it..also how long should i take off from wieght training? should i do cardio? ill deff do legs and stomach 2 times this week
