tendon itis before my next cycle wtf!!

sup people..i fucked my arm this weekend ridin my atv went to the dr he said its tendon itis...i worke out on it yesterday becasue i dotn really give a fuck about pain today its hurtn so i took 2 perks...my question is how should my diet look so i dont turn soft im currently doint the keto diet and love it..also how long should i take off from wieght training? should i do cardio? ill deff do legs and stomach 2 times this week

That sucks i get it abit and hate to stop all to gether so i do halve reps with low
weight just to get the surc going but thats me ,so good luck with it .
