180/100 is stoke BP. It's WAY, too high. If you're pumping iron with BP like that, I hope you have a Will prepared. Excessive water intake with very high BP can exacerbate your problem because you will only add to the fluid volume in your arteries and, thereby, add more pressure to the already strained blood vessel walls. What you're referring to is when your BP is under control, it's healthy to drink a lot of clean water to keep your kidneys functioning properly and minimize the amount of sodium that is cobtained in your cells. But that doesn't mean to go out and pound water when you have high BP. Anti-E's, Zinc and Vit. C will do nothing for high BP. The best things to do, as stated by liftsiron and elaborated on by me, is to use a low dose diuretic for this type of BP problem. hth
