Does anyone know if baking protein will change its structure or take away any of the benefits? I have started making home made MRP bars and wanted to make sure so I dont waste a lot of time and money.Thanks.
 
this has been asked many times, no it dosent change the amount/quality of a protien, but i would assume cooking steak till its very well done for example would make it harder for your body to break down.
 
should be fine.
