Temp cure for puffy nips under shirt

I always have puffy nips under white shirts and was looking for a way to keep them hard so that you don't notice them under clothes. I found this item that I was going to try but have not done it yet. Check it out and tell me what you think, it looks a little gay but if it works who cares....
