Tell Us About Your T3 Fat Loss Results

I've been doing some research on t3 for fat loss but all I can find is people flamming it, supporting it, and conflicting info. I'd like to hear some real life stories without all the BS. Tell us about
your t3 fat loss results and experiences.

What was your starting weight and bf%?
What was your diet like? (how many cals, g pro, cho, fat)
What else were you running with it?
What was your cardio/weightlifting scheme like?
How long did you take it for?
What was your dosing schedule like?
What were your final bf % and weight?

What would you have done differently? Would you do it again? Do you have any thyroid damage that you know of?

Feel free to tell us other things like what side effects you had/ how cytomel impacted your training/diet, etc.

Thanks, I think this post will help lots of people considering using t3 as info like this seems to be nonexistent, even on other boards.

What was your starting weight and bf%?
didnt take it

What was your diet like? (how many cals, g pro, cho, fat)
hapazard. i did a low carb (around 150g/day) for the first two weeks. took some ECA on the third week and got sick as hell for a week- i hardly ate anything. pigged out (stupid i know) for a week after that and then went into a keto type diet for four weeks or so (no carb ups) before adding in the carb up days.

What else were you running with it?
200mcg clen for the first two weeks, eca for week three and adipokinetix (nyc) for the remainder of the time. plus 400-200mg of test enanthate (rotating 400mg week one and 200mg week two, etc.)

What was your cardio/weightlifting scheme like?
mon-45min speedwalk, abs, back, calves
tue-45min speedwalk, chest, shoulders
wed-60min speedwalk
thu-45min speedwalk, bis, tris, forearms
fri-45min speedwalk, abs, legs, calves
did my cardio in the AM on an emtpy stomach followed by my workouts.

How long did you take it for?
3 months or so

What was your dosing schedule like?
25mcg/day for three days then upping it 25mcg every three days. went all the way up to 175mcg/day for two weeks. i went back down and up throught for four months straight

What were your final bf % and weight?
didnt take it

What would you have done differently?
i wouldnt have had so many cheat days- i had too many. im convinved i would have lost more fat if i didnt have these. also, i wouldnt have pigged out so much post cycle. my girl and i went to tx for a week and we always ate out. she has a high metabolism so food doesnt affect her. im around 15%bf now. time to diet down....sigh
Would you do it again?
absolutely.

Do you have any thyroid damage that you know of?
ive done T3 four times before and my TSH have always been back to normal levels four weeks post cycle. but there have been some bros here that said their TSH shut down hard. everyone is different. i dont even get shut down post cycle when i use AAS

Just thought I'd post a little update about my T3 experience thus far. It's only been 2 weeks, I'm up to 50 mcg per day. I feel like my stuff might be fake because I don't feel anything from it. People say your supposed to sweat alot, have increased temps, headaches that won't go away. Well, so far I've had nothing. I have not lost any weight but people at the gym are starting to tell me I look like I'm getting leaner.

I do notice that I am hungrier at night, craving carbs but maybe that's partly psychological. I have also had an increased libido this past week, my mood is slightly elevated as well. Since these are all very subjective things I can't really make a definite statement that these effects are due to the T3. They are just things I've noticed.

I will keep you all updated. Not too many T3 experiences on this board...
 
i was on a t3 run for a 3 weeks. sustanon to spare muscle and didnt really feel or notice signficant results. the stuff was legit and the dosage was right. i even added efedrine to the mix. kinda dissapointed. not sure if gonna try it again.

You can ramp up pretty quickly, I don't get the sweats either, but my temperature does go up from 97.5 (did I mention that my metabolism sucks :)) to 99.5 on 100 mcgs.

My Cytomel comes in a little tan bottle with a white cap, it's made by JPI Jones? Or Jones Pharma. Hummm.....anyone heard of this company before?
