but im going on a 12 week power lift program, and the computer calculates all your percentages by 1 rep max's at the start.
anyways, im thinking that using test will fuck with my gains because i could be doing more than what the program is telling me to do. im going to be going on test E so it takes awhile to kick in...could i start it 2 weeks before so my 1 reps go up or just carry on with the program is it is?
