First things first thank you for the great advise you give us day in and day out your the man anyway.

Here it is my daily meals varries some (ie. some nights instead of yams i will eat brown rice some mornings whole wheat english muffin toasted with all natural peanut butter, maybe a can of tuna for luch instead of chicken anyway you guys get the idea any advise is appreciated need to get body fat down i was at 14% back in Feb also was on a Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - - nandrolone decanoate only cycle from Jan-Feb 250 ew tore my acelias tendon playing football with the bros hit a gopher hole and there it was partial tear anyway was out of the gym up until a month ago so gained some weight was eating like crap and not in the gym at all oh and by the way i am 37years old 5"7' 197-200 depending on water retention right now 202 body fat approx 20% too much I will get it checked today not really looking forward to it I have been training off and on since i was 13 ran several test cycles beetween ages 18-26 nothing since last feb Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - i just started a test cyp 250 TW mon & fri total 500 i do have some liquidex coming this week i feel bloated a hell really want to do it right i do not want the fat bloated look too many of those in the gym now i would like to keep some lines thru the winter and maybe even compete someday just for fun this is a hobbie for me the only thing i do not fish.hunt,golf maybe a little but i love to train and i love to be in the gym. Unfortunately last Nov 2006 My wife was 7 1/2 months carrying our son and we lost him its been tough so i really need to focus on this goal to compete helps me to get through the day any way i really appreciate all the help you can give me to get thru the days i love reading all your posts. Anyway enough of my rambling any help greatly appreciated. Pdog


4:30am-1 pack plain oatmeal w/1 tbs honey 1 slice whole wheat bread Max muscle full blown extreme with 16oz water

5:15am-workout

6:30am-Post workout: protein shake 40g (Max Muscle Iso-Extreme) One a day multi Vit.

9:00am-Morning snack: Bannana,1oz whole plain Almonds,protein shake 40g w/20oz water

11:30am-Lunch: 6oz chicken breast,1cup salad w/newman low fat italian,20oz water

3:00pm-Evening Snack:Appple,Protein Bar 32g, 20oz Water

6:00pm-Dinner:6 oz chicken Breast,Yam,1 cup Veggies (green),20oz water

8:00pm-Last Meal:Sugar Free Jello,Glutamine w/20oz water

1800 calories,200g protein,55g sugar,115g carbs,20g fat

Getting to fucking big. lol! Actually the only thing that really fucks with me is my shins. I have these little bumps in the muscle that swell up and get extremely painful. Kind of like shin splints but not the bone. Walking on sand really sets it off. Dianabol - methandrostenolone - is the worst, then Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and everything else is pretty even, when it comes to setting off hte inflamation.


I know this is an old post but I don't come on the message board much but found this by chance and just want to ask, are the bumps on the lateral side of your lower leg?

I will deff get to you bro. I am very busy. I can start by saying you don't eat enough bro. More protein most say 1.5 grams for every bl of body weight. I like 2g's for every bl. so for your 200lb you need 250-300g of protein a day.
 
Is there any way of taking Tren Ace E3D or do you have to take ED or EOD to keep stable blood levels. What amounts do you recommend? Yes, i've taken it b4 and love it. Thanks in advance bro.
