Anything but crest white strips. I haven't used a product in years and want to briten my chompers.

Any reccomendations? the market is flooded with products and they all say 100% guarantee bs.

Crest makes the best teeth whitening anything and any body that has use them would tell you that. Well you could get walmart's or target's store brand that is the exact copy of crest for cheaper.

buy a mouth guard that you boil in water to shape it to your teeth. Shape it per the instructions and then purchase the gel whitener with the highest percentage peroxide you can find. put some gel in the mouth guard (top and bottom) before you get in the shower every morning. Leave it in about 15 minutes and then rinse it out.

I got my dentist to make me a set of trays and it was covered by insurance. But I hear the generic ones work pretty well too. Although in my case they're for the retsoration gel, since I've lost most of my enamel.
