I'm sitting hear listing to the new U2 single Vertigo and watching the WM Player Ambience display and all I'm thinking is..

"DAMN! I wish this was around when I used to drink and smoke. I could trip out in my own home!"

My kids are going to have it so much better then I did.

My step daughter is 17 and doesn't remember what a record is!! I remember just being introduced to this new-fangled thing called a "computer" in high school....no Windows all DOS based....

God I feel old....

Actually 1 have 2 mp3 players & a 5 gig Jukebox MP3 player.....

But I DO remember when Walkmans first came out.....so yes, it is amazing how far music "storage" has come......

the only thing is, is that some of the obscure music I liked isn't available anymore....

Whoa. I first read your post back saying that you had a bio 17 year old daughter and thought to myself. Damn! You don't look a day over 28 and wondered how it was possible.

Then I saw the step prefix...
