Teach Your Children Well

I don't know about ya'll but I think the reason the world is in such crap is due to crappy parents. You know the people that either have irrespondsible sex or think it would be cool to have a bunch of kids. And once they figure out they are hard to raise, take alot of time to raise, and they(parents) are going to have to make some personal sacrifices for them they decide to cop out and let the stupid television and the media raise em.

Well then they learn that sex is ok to do, drugs are ok to do, heck even killing is ok to do. Then they (he sorry kids) become sorry parents and the cycle even becomes worse. Sometimes I think people should have to get a license to be a parent, heck you need a license to drive a stupid car why shouldn't have to have one to raise a thinking human being.

So anyway if you are parent or plan on being a parent. Turn off the stupid idiot box and teach and listen to your kids. They want to learn from you. And they will trust you more than anybody because you should care about them more than anybody else does. They totally rely on you to help them make it in this crazy world. They get everything from you their self esteem, their reason for being here, their character and their outlook on life. I mean they are your kids wouldn't you like to see them do well. Then teach'em well.

basically it's all gone down hill since "science" has replaced "god" (for lack of a gender neutral word, cuase I really don't think god is a male, it's GOD, anyway).

See basically when science killed god (ie Nitsche "God is Dead") we have been left with a Flatland existance of single dimensional thinking which is ruled by science.......only if I can see it feel it touch it or taste it can it be real! So now when the laws of god, religion etc have been killed off it leaves us with nothing to guide us by......therefore we can justify any and all behavior, Our own personal wants outweigh anything and everything else.......well I really want to bang my neighbors wife so I should....who's to tell me I can't.......or screw it I can abandon my family and start my life over again because I'm more important....

I'm not really going to get to in depth here cause I'll be here for days and days and then I'll have a book here.......

I'm not saying that "I" know any better than anyone else how or what we should do BUT.......to answer the question why have children become shittier and shittier......well when their parents have no one to guide them then you'll have shitty parents having shitty kids etc......of course this is NOT universal and there are many exceptions BUT generally speaking..........we've left GOD/GODDESS behind to fulfill our own selfish needs instead of answering to something higher than ourselves......well at least something like that

I don't think it really has anything to do with political ideology........EVERYONE has the potential for being a f'in asshole, dirtbag..........just depends on how you want to live your life and who or what you model yourself after.

I agree with alot of what both of you said. But I do think greenhill has a point about which party cherishes the family unit more. Look at the democrats they even have a marriage penalty tax. What kind of crap is that? And at the same time they give money to homeless people that pop out kids. Boy wouldn't that be a grand life for the child of a homeless person that welfare takes care of.
