I am and always have been a big tea drinker...no coffee for me.
I have been experimenting lately with green tea since I find that Crystal Light can cause me to retain water when I'm at the end of a fat burning cycle. What I do is boil 4 cups of water, add 4 green tea tea bags (could be any herbal tea however), let it steep, then add about 2-3 cups of cold water, ice cubes and fresh squeezed lemon to taste. If you like you could use sweetener or stevia to sweeten. Its great and I can down about 1.5 litres a day (on top of my regular 4 L of water). Green tea (which also comes in decaf) is a great metabolism booster and is full of positive anti-oxidants too....can't go wrong!! give it a try!
