well i'm not gonna lie like i think a lot of peeps on here do, my arm span is 6 8 so bench is my weakness bro. i was putting up 235 3 times and thats the most ive ever done, i probably couldve done 250 once. i have back problems and i have a lot of bulging discs. the doctor doesn't know how i don't feel them, i guess i like pain. i was all gung ho about putting more and more on the bench but it was taxing my back. i trained with a guy who is the bears strength and conditioning coach who taught me to use lighter weights and i do push ups in between sets and flys. i had to except my frame is not the type to do huge amounts of presses, now pulling is a different story. i haven't tried to max on bench in a while i bet it has gone down. i'm starting all chest workouts with incline now and i'm doing 205 5x5 with a spotter. keep at it its a bitch with long arms but they look great once they are big enough for their length, mine are not
