Taurine - clen

Hi

Just looking at the various things to take with a clen cycle I am going to do and googled places to buy Taurine in the UK, what I also seemed to find is that this is in the Red Bull energy drink, is that right??!!

For those whio care, due to going abroad I am going to be running clen straight for 4 weeks rather than 2 on 2 off etc.

you dont need taurin..go clen 80-120mcg a day for 6 weeks.

4 on 2 off
2 on 2 off.

ether way you do it do not do it any longer then a few months then take some time off. 120mcg is as high as you want to go.

taurine definately helped me, 1 gram per 10kg bodyweight is what was recommended to me, worked well. just stops ya cramping up

Thanls guys. I won't be running clen for too long as was going to set my upper limit of 100mcg to ply it safe.
