Tattoo on lifeline? Palm Reading gurus

last year me and my ex gf had a miscarriage, It tore me up, broke my heart as I was so looking forward to having a kid .Im 37 now and thought it would be the perfect time to start a family, loved this girl to death ne ways things feel apart earlier this year which also hurt, and I want to get a teardrop tat on my lifeline, for the baby.Thing is im not to sure what one is lifeline and where it starts as in, is the wrist side when you were born? I'd like to plot out my age where we lost the baby kinda as a tribute to lil guy, thoughts?
