Donnie Darko said:The Burn utitilzes Yohimbine to increase norepinephrine to stimulate fat metabolism in some of the more stubborn areas of the body. The Heat version adds one more "thermogenic" in the form of raspberry ketones which act similarly to synephrine and capsaicin. As far as choosing one over the other, your body will tell you which would work best for you. They both work toward the same end-goal, but through different modes of action and one may work better for you than the other. If you are already taking products that contain more than enough yohimbine, then the TargeX Heat might be better to use.

Yes I used the target burn and I liked it.xrsist said:anyone actually used these products yet?

YES - it does help reduce excess water, bloat, etcc...
BUT that's not the ONLY thing it does. It really does work to help burn fat. All you have to do is look at its active ingrediets and you'll know how potent it is.
Glycyrrhetinic Acid - main active ingredient which helps reduce subcutaneous fat by blocking Cortisol.
It's got caffeine, so you know you'll be alert, gives you energy to do the extra work, which will in turn let you burn more calories and gets you leaner.
It's got Yohimbine - just google the word and you'll see that this is available as a prescription medicine in the US used for erectile disfunction, so you can imagine what it does to the big man downstairs and the natural test levels.
This product works bro..i just ordered some extra products from Proteabody and I'm going to post some images of my experiences with this product.
TargeX Burn is effective as well...
It has the same main ingredient as the above Glycyrrhetinic Acid, which blocks Cortisol. Additionally, it's got the following: Aminophylline and rasberry ketones.
Here's an excerpt from the Proteabody website to show you the benefits of the above mentioned active agents:
"Studies have indicated that women who used a skin cream containing Aminophylline have lost inches in a matter of weeks. Independent studies have used skin creams containing the active ingredient, Aminophylline, to test its effectiveness in reducing fatty thigh areas. Reductions of one-fourth to one and one-half inches are common. Aminophylline works like this: Fat cells have beta receptors, that, when stimulated, give off fat. The beta receptors create a hormone called cyclic AMP, which stimulates the second step. But then something called phosphodiesterase gets in the way, breaking down the cyclic AMP and preventing it from breaking fat down further. Aminophylline inhibits phosphodiesterase, preventing it from interfering with the cyclic AMP and fat breakdown. In short terms, Aminophylline stimulates blood flow and circulation in the fatty tissue area so that the body can naturally flush and burned fatty deposits. Results, thinner firmer and softer thighs. Also contains seven essential plant extracts to enhance the effects by helping with water retention, cleansing toxins, and fighting varicose veins.
The aromatic compound found in red raspberries works in a similar manner to forskolin by activating hormone-sensitive lipase, which causes fat in fat cells to break down and get released so they can be burned for fuel. Research conducted at Ehime University (Japan) reported that subjects taking raspberry ketone orally or by a patch lost more fat than those taking a placebo."

Tatyana said:You would.
I used target burn in my last few weeks of prep for my last comp, and I noticed that it changed the appearance of my 'fat' bits overnight (I think this was the caffeine).
It would be ideal for those of you that are doing photoshoots, or to help target those last stubborn fat areas.
I don't use any fat burners until I am quite lean anyway, I am of the personal opinion that this is when it is best to use them.
I have never been impressed with any fat burners when I am chubby, I think it is because the effects are not as noticeable with all the chub.
I also quite like the way it smells, and it doesn't dry out your skin.![]()
