P Protobuilder New member Feb 16, 2006 #2 Do you squat below parallel? That seems to be bringing up the tear drop pretty well. And from what I hear, leg extensions are supposed to work that area.

bignate73 New member Feb 16, 2006 #5 skip that unless you don't need your ACL anymore. squat deep and let the hard work do its job.
