Tapering off good or bad?

Have been curious about this for awhile...is it better to taper off say wks 1-8 750mg test then wks9-14 500mgs test? And wks 1-8 600mgs eq wks9-14 3oomgs Eq. Just thinking about this for future because my eq is 300MG PER MG
 
Im a bit old school when it comes to this but I dont think tapering off is a bad idea. Not that pharmacologically its gonna preserve more muscle but will better prepare you for the loss of strength. Thus helping the bettering the crash.

I used to taper. I started thinking it was a waste,but I am starting to look into it more and more. I really want to say its good but can't find any info on proving its worth it. I may just go buy a bunch of the old aas books just to see what they said about it.
 
depends what your using.
with test e and eq, they will self taper to an effect.
test p for eg, leaves your system alot faster, so you could taper with this for eg.
in the long and short of it, with the eq and test e, i would not taper. just use the "built in" taper effect they will already have.

I know I would definately cut out something like deca and continue the test at least several more weeks.
 
Im mean if I go back years, and I mean years, i did fine coming off 500mgs test and then 250mg for one week with no pct. But if I just stopped at 1g I turned into a crack head.
