Tan from test?

has anyone figured out you get less of a "tan" if you take anti-e's? I still think it's an estrogen thing rather the test itself.

Alright, this might sound weird but... why do I get a tan (yes, a tan) when I'm on lots of test? I'm not stacking test with anything right now so I'm on a fair amount (800mg/w). People comment on it all the time and I haven't been in the sun for MONTHS.

WTF?

L-Tyrosine is a limiting re-agent in melanin synthesis.

I have no idea if testosterone increases L-tyrosine levels in the blood.

Might be interesting to look into. Me? I just use oxsolaren or trisolaren.

jaundice (yellow) + HP (red) = tan-like look, but not necessarily a healthy one.

could have but i seriously doubt you have jaundice, unless your stomach is feeling bloated and swollen all the time.

It's my understanding that hormonal changes can indeed cause a darkening of the skin. I've read that women often permanently have a slightly darker skin tone after giving birth to their first child. I read that in a book called "Survival Of The Prettiest", but I don't know which page it was on.

Maybe you could get a lead if you googled the subject. Keep us posted.
