tall chicks or short ones??? which do you like?

i'm easily over 6 feet but i like shorter girls in general... i'm having a tough time deciding on dating a chick i work with and one of the reasons is her height... she's 5'11 i'd say, but thin.. which is good.
 
I could not pass on my DNA with a short woman. It's like a step backward for my genes. Height is the evolution of things to come.:D

Too bad that it doesn't even work right...

All the men on my mom's side are over 6'3" and all the women are over 5'6"

On my dad's size all the men are over 6'2" and all the women are like 5'10" amazons...

And I'm not even 5'4".

i hate those tall bastards (especially 6'+) who are with 5'5" girls and shorter!!! i mean, short guys have their selection limited already!

Generaly speaking I like them much shorter. Although the hottest chick I've ever been involved with was 6'2", and I'm 6'1". Damn that chick was sexy. Could have been all that tequilla I was drinking while I was in acapulco though.

yes, but how many girls will actually go with guys shorter than them??? myself, i've never been with a taller girl, but i don't think i would like to have a girl taller than me. i might be able to handle an inch or so.
 
I like em short, for the simple fact that usually tall chicks have ugly legs..Long calves..I don't like that. I prefer short compact women.

To me, the female form is perfect between 5'4 - 5'5. Maybe 5'6, but that's pushing it. :)

Of course, this is one of those silly things that I don't really give a shit about. Much like hair color or intelligence.

No doubt that most gals want a guy that is taller. but the question was what do I prefer. :)

I admit that it might make me a bit uncomforable if she was 6'1" (I am 5'9"), but I would not rule out a cute gal just because of height.
 
well.. on this topic explain something... i've thought about this more than a little... do you think tall/big guys like shorter small girls because it makes them feel even bigger? kind of like a protective figure of sorts... big and strong and useful, caveman like?

thats my take.

i didn't read any of this thread really but i think the answer to this question should be yes.
 
I find a certain type of body style (thin, toned, athletic) attractive no matter what the height. However, being that I'm 6'8 - my current girlfriend is 5'11 and previously when I was married my wife was 5'10 1/2.

So, I think tall girls got it going on!

Some short girls are cute but I generally tend to like taller ones. 5'6 to 6'1 would be ideal with me. I would never date anyone taller than me though, I am 6'3 ...

My girl of almost 7months is 5'6. :D

Well...I've went out with women my height, 6'2", and have dated women who were 5'5", 5'8", and 5'11"...currently dating a woman who is 'almost' 5'1".

If she has a bangin' body she should be between 160 and 165cm. If she is skinny taller is better up to my height (178cm = 5'10) and she just can't be fat.
 
Short being 5' and tall being 5'9" or over. It doesn't matter to me. Unlike women, I don't have a hangup about height. I've seen very short women(5'3") say they are only interested in men 5'10" or over. Talk about superficial and ignorant. No wonder they can't get a man.
 
I'm pretty tall (6'7) and my girl is 5'4 which i think is perfect for a chick, but Im more picky about petite than height myself...most of my tall friends all dig short chicks too...I think its an ego thing, hanging around a short girl makes you look that much bigger :)

hey as long as a chick is nice and pretty it doesn't matter wheither they are short or tall.
 
I am only 5'3 1/2" but I LOVE tall guys.. broad shoulder and muscular. My last two boyfriends were 6'4" and 6'3" in the 240's. I will be honest that I generally am not attracted to guys that are under 6".

Conversely I have a gf who is 6' and she LOVES short guys. The way she puts it "WICKED SHORT". We are talking 5'1".

I have asked her why and she can't explain it but she likes short nerdy guys. The nerdier the better.

Me I do like to feel "small" and protected next to a man. I like him to be big and strong but TOTALLY NONVIOLENT. If the guy can raise his hands in anger, I run the other way.

I prefer them to be shorter than me, which usually isn't a problem since most women are under 6'1''.
