Taking Vitex while off a cycle.

I would like to take vitex right now, I'm not on anything, and I'm hoping to lower my prolactin levels.

Would I notice anything different when I take this? In other words, any symptoms I should be aware of?

I'm just curious before I stop popping these.

You might notice a rise in libido (get it? rise? oh god, I kill me sometimes) but I can't think of any adverse sides from taking vitex alone. Some doctors even try to get potential hrt patients to take it, and in many cases it helps with corresponding rises in test levels.
