Any guidelines to what to or better yet what not to take while on 17aa's. I'm taking ~90mg ed var/tbol and i wanted to know whats better for aches and pains should i take tylenol, advil, aleeve. Aleeve always works the best for me but i've been grinding it out (shoulder injury from college ball) and i'm at the point were i need to get some relief and get a good nights sleep. Thanks for any help.

Sarms-4 from sarm search our sponsor i'm on day 5 and alot of my joints are now pain free.

RADAR

I'd rather not run a cycle of something just to knock out alittle pain that i get once and a while. I have been reading up a bit on sarms tho. Seems like good stuff.

Tylenol is can be hepato-toxic so I'd steer clear of it. Have you tried ibuprofen? At 600mgs it works very well for me and my busted shoulders.

I guess the true question is... naproxim sodium, ibuprofen, or tylenol lol. I'll give advil a shot. it just normally doesn't work on this kind of pain. Thanks anyway... Lookin fit.. You used to frequent PHF? that pic looks familiar

I am not familiar with Napro so I can't speak about it but it is an NSAID so maybe it will work. Ibuprofen is not toxic to the liver so that is why I suggested it. It's really the only pain killer that works for my joint issues so I guess my problem is some type of inflamaion. With that being said, ibuprofen will cause kidney issues and GI problems (that's why they tell you to take ibuprofen with food) as well as hypertension if abused or used for very long periods of time.
As for PHF I don't know that site. Could you direct me to the site and profile you say looks like mine. I only took this pic a few months ago.

Ibuprofen all the way .

Brad.

my father is a pharmacist so he told me some stuff. Dont take tylenol or ibuprofen while on 17aa. Try to avoid anything, but use Bayer Aspirin if you have to take something. Bayer is the least toxic of the few but still contains the same active ingrediant of Ibuprofen

Bayer aspirin does not contain Ibuprofen, it contains aspirin.

lol at the asprin thing. Well i popped a few advil last night and got a good nights sleep until 2:00a.m. get a call.... Water pipe at our office busted.. 750 gallons of water straight into the facility lol. I live the closests so i get the call to go shut off the main. MY FIRST GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP AHH. oh well... Just take out the frustration at the gym later. Thanks for the input guys..

Oh and lookin fit... i may be mistaken. Same guy posts on TSC his pic has a yellow shirt on but same exact pose lol. Some of you guys are f'ing huge!! My Ol' Lady would die if i were that big. I'd crush her. Have a good one fellas

this has done more for joint and muscle aches for myself and a few relatives of mine than any otc pain pill and it will not complicate any cycle issues.

Skeletal Balm

yes but ibuprofen and aspirin both result in the same chemical being used in the body, acetylsalicylic acid , which is what causes pain relief. Aspirin directly contains this, which is why it is safer. Ibuprofen contains this is a more complex form that is broken down into the same chemicals causing action in the body. This is why it is more toxic because the more complex form is harder on the body to digst, but after all is said and done, your body ends up using acetylsalicylic acid from either drug. Companies dont want you to know about ibuprofen using the same thing as aspirin because people wouldnt buy Ibuprofen anymore since Aspirin is much safer. My father has been a pharmacist for almost 30 years so he knows what chemicals do what in the body. Its possible that I have misinterpreted what he said, but Im pretty sure this is what he told me

you miss understood your father

what he said was that Asprin and Iboprofen are both NSAIDs and they work by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase enzyme. They are two completely different compounds that work in a similar way just like serms (clomid and nolvadex). each drug has its benefits and its downsides.

yep, tough on the liver.

Found a solution... No pills. The wife (works at a salon/spa) brought home some stuff called biofreeze. ICYHOT/Mineral Ice type substance. This stuff works better then anything i've tried. I've tried patches and all rubs i could get my hands on in the past. This stuff stung when first applied. Got hot... then cooled off and i didn't feel shit the whole night. Had a great nights sleep :D Thanks for the info on the pain killers tho.

I miss-stated my comment and I appologize. Your are correct to say they are two different compounds, but acetylsalicylic acid is a more basic compound form compared to iso-butyl-propanoic-phenolic acid, which is what is in Ibuprofen. What I should have said was that both are acids that cause prostaglandin inhibitation. Both medicines result in an acid causing this inhibitation, but I was not clear enough in my post. Other actions are different, but as far as reducing inflammation, both use an acid to inhibit the same thing. My point I was trying to make was to say that Apsirin is safer on your body because both contain an acid but one is more basic than the other. Obviously, the more complex compound will be harder on your liver.
