Taking Reforvit-B

Hello all,

Based on some good advise I got here, I am going to be stacking D-bol and Sust250 on my new cycle.

My question is that I am hearing all sorts of different things about liquid Reforvit-B. How do I take this stuff? I am getting 50ml bottles and I plan to take 25-30mg of D-bol a day. I don't really want to inject because I hate that shit and I will already be doing it with Sust.

Any suggestions?

Dont inject it. Drink it, split it up into a few times a day the most important being 1.5hrs before your workout (feel the huge pump) figure every cc of reforvit to be underdosed about 5mg, the stuff is very good though and you will like it. Id suggest you up it to 40mg though.

Do I just drink it straight or can I mix it with something? How does that crap taste? I know it sounds pussy, but common, it is shit they use in animals : )!

Also, what is this I hear about gelcaps? How do you use them?

IMO, dont waste your time with Ref-B. It sucks.

When I took it, I put the ref-b in gel-caps, get a 18 ga draw it out of the bottle and inject into a gel-cap. No taste that way.

well if I knew what ass tasted like,,,i would guess ref-b tastes just like it ....just shoot it in your mouth and wash it down with water or something.....gel caps work good too

When I used it I shot it straight into my mouth, then drink some milk or something behind it, lifting is a lot harder than tasting a nasty taste for a few seconds.

Where do I get gelcaps and what the hell is an 18 GA, I assume it is an 18 gauge syringe?

I wouldnt waste your time with the gellcaps #1 its not that bad a taste you get used to it and #2 the ref-b will only stay good in the cap for a day after that it melts the cap. That said you should be able to get them at GNC as well as other pharmacy/health food stores/vitamin shops or online stores.

You are right about the gel caps melting, I wouldn't put the ref-b into the cap until I was ready to take it. I never tried to taste it, somebody told me it tasted pretty bad so I took ther word for it I bought the gel caps at a health food store for 2 or 3 dollars.
