Well I have had a few rough months and finally get to meet the asshole who injured me and my brother two years ago in a deposition. He was supposed to be there on Oct. 22, but he left the country on a lecture tour and knew it. So his attorney is pissed at him.

Depending on how the deps go and the way my orthopedic problems go, he might as well consider himself a piece of meat for
target practice.

At this point in my life I may as well take out some of society's trash and he is one of them.

I want his house and his insurance, but considering he is going to
commit perjury on the witness stand and in the depos, I think he is going to prison. He has two felonies and this will give him a total of 4. So the state had better lock him up for his own good or else.

The justice system is broken and if I have to take action at least I will have righted it for me, and then I am out of here.

This country's system is fucked and I think we all know it.

It has been nice to chat on this board but something has to give and this might be it for me.

I have no regrets except to say that I am tired of being victimized by worker's comp, Dr.'s and this cyber terrorist.

The state should have locked him up for violating a new law for computer fraud in 95' and I do not have much to look forward to old age. They let him get probation when in fact they should have made a example out of him being the first. Shit nowadays the Feds would have done so, but they can't since he can't be tried twice for the same crime. He broke into Intel's super servers over the phone lines and one in Israel, that by the way is a Federal rap.

So it is better to rid society of scum such as this and it will all be better for us all. Enough said.
