Taking off

In 8 months I've taken 1 week off. However, I did do some low-impact cardio that week and one day I did a few pull ups.

I'm due now too!

Too often for me. I think its a good idea, I probably just don't have the discipline to force myself out of the gym:). I get really bad withdrawal. A week out of the gym and I start picking up everything around me, overhead pressing strangers, deadlifting car bumpers, I see plates and bars everywhere:insane: It gets ugly
 
coming back from a week and a half off...ouch! My body is thanking me--I've been told that I overtrain from time to time...

not to mention the fact that I moved and that was pretty taxing on me as well. I guess the timing was right for a break.

Now it's time to get back in the groove...:fro:
