taking deca at 400/week. inject all at once?

when taking deca at 400/week can i get away with only one injection or will i have to inject it twice per week? thanks bros

Split it up.. 2 shots (mon and thurs. for ex.)

Try to add some sust, dbol. Whatever you can afford. Don't be cheap about it.

I'm guessing this is your first cycle and the needle scares you?
Once a week will be fine for deca, after this cycle the needle wont look so bad.

If you are doing the injections alone you will probably find it is easier to do shots at a time with a 3cc barrell rather than a 5cc. This is also causes less muscle irritation.
