how should i take them.. i will be taking 4-6 of the 5mg ed.. should i take them at once or split them up..

I would recoomend that you take 1 (5mg) every 3 hours throughout the course of the day.

can i take 2 at a time or is it best to just take one at a time.. it will be hard to get 6 in ther at 1 every 4 hours.. just do the math that is 24 hours.. i would have to wake up and take one then go back to sleep

oh also i am going to be taking 300mg wk of deca.. it is only 100mg/ml.. should i split it up into 2 1.5cc shots or just take 1 3cc shot..

I know many that take them several differnt ways. If you were taking 4-6. you could try 1 in the morning and at lunch and 2 an hour before you work out or 1 in the morning 2 at lunch and 3 an hour bf you workout. That may give you a better pump in the gym. Thats just my fav tech.

with the deca I would just take on shot a week to keep it simple. 3cc of deca isn't painfull.
