Taking Clomid During a Cycle, Not After??

In Steven Y's "Complete Guide to Testosterone Usage", he says to take Clomid along with your cycle. He says its best to prevent your body from shutting down test. production instead of waiting til the end of your cycle to start Clomid. Personally i've never heard of this, but i was wondering if any of you have? Do you think this helps in keeping gains or is it pointless??
