Taking almost 3 months off lifting and working instead? what will I loose? please post!

hey all, ive been lifting for the last year stright, im at a solid 185, have been off cycle for months now and am prety shreded. Anyways I have no gym here to workout at for the summer however i have been busting my ass ever week working which has helped me shred even more, and have been keeping up an excelent high protein and organic only diet, no cheat days, junk food or fast foods. I had been plagued by some shoulder anoyances about 3.5 weeks ago (the last few day i lifted) and had thought that taking tis time off of lifting durring the summer and working and staying active might be bennificial for my body. Anyways, im wondering how much you guys think I stand to loose by not lifting at all this summer except maybe doing some abs and pushups, deep squats w/no weight on weekends only? Im not holding any water so its not like im gonna be deflating, but i am concerned and have been thinking about loosing weight every day since i stoped lifting. it has been 3 weeks + since my last lift day, still looking solid and weighing in around -2 to 4 lbs tops, but loosing fat as well. Well thanks in advance guys.

Tough to say, what will you be doing? If you move packages for UPS, not alot. If you're a cake taster, probably more.

well it is tough to say for sure but there is lots you can do with out a gym Or better yet go buy some free weights you can do sit-ups push ups , leg lifts crunches with the free weights you can do lunges, bicep, tri cep, shurgs so dont let know gym being around stop you As for the were to get free weights dumbbells there are Walmarts every where
 
A lot of good advice here bro, If you don't have access to a gym, you can keep up pace by push ups, pullups, lunges, one legged squats...all kind of things
 
thanks guys, my work is prety laborious, im deff. too tired to lift durring the week after work each day. ive been working about 8-10hrs m-f painting in the sun, moving bags of asphault, some prety physically demanding stuff. do appreciate the info guys. I'll karma who i can
 
I was off 18 months, married, lived in China etc,.... but back, just doing test and coming back fast. Been lifting two months now, and should be in pretty good shape by labor day. Did not lose that much strength, but gained 20lbs of fat.

Well good if your work is laborous,that would make a difference,too bad you couldnt even get to the gym once or twice a week,and do excercises out of the gym another day or 2 a week,making 2-4 days a week of "working out",that by far would be better then going cold turkey.
