hey all, ive been lifting for the last year stright, im at a solid 185, have been off cycle for months now and am prety shreded. Anyways I have no gym here to workout at for the summer however i have been busting my ass ever week working which has helped me shred even more, and have been keeping up an excelent high protein and organic only diet, no cheat days, junk food or fast foods. I had been plagued by some shoulder anoyances about 3.5 weeks ago (the last few day i lifted) and had thought that taking tis time off of lifting durring the summer and working and staying active might be bennificial for my body. Anyways, im wondering how much you guys think I stand to loose by not lifting at all this summer except maybe doing some abs and pushups, deep squats w/no weight on weekends only? Im not holding any water so its not like im gonna be deflating, but i am concerned and have been thinking about loosing weight every day since i stoped lifting. it has been 3 weeks + since my last lift day, still looking solid and weighing in around -2 to 4 lbs tops, but loosing fat as well. Well thanks in advance guys.
