I am feeling like shit these past 2 weeks and I am not sure what it is. I think I am overtrained because my body just aches. Then another part of me thinks i might have a bacterial infection from the UG gear I am taking..
I am currently on week 5 of my cycle and I want to take 5-7 days off. Has anyone ever not trained for a week while not on?
