taking a single frame out of a computer video?

well i was makin videos of me and im wondering if there is a way to take just one clip out of it as a picture so i can post it on the net?

Pause the frame you want in media player ect.. Print the screen, by pressing "print screen" key, to copy that frame, then go to some kind of photo shop, art ect type program, like microsoft paint and press Ctrl + V, once it's pasted on the screen, crop it, or do what you want, then.. save the image as jpeg or whatever you want.

I have the Ulead program, you just hit the pic icon at any time and it takes a still
