I'm taking a few days off of weight training. I've basically hit most everything I wanted to hit this week but my hands are swollen I think from heavy deads, dumbell presses. I couldn't twist my arms in enough to do underhand grip barbell rows tonight so when I did try to do a set it put more pressure on the inside of my grip (between my thumb and forefinger than needed and kinda hurt it a little). I think I'm just gonna rest until Monday other than doing some cardio and lots of stretching and icing. Also my forearms got so extremely pumped I wasn't getting much blood past my wrists and I felt my fingers get a little tingly for a while after I did some forearm curls. that dbol is working a little too welll. Even right now when I type it feels like I have 5lb weights on each finger. my wrists look about 2 inches smaller than about 1 inch up my forearms away from my wrist right now and my hands look about 2x thicker than usual.
anyone else ever have this happen?
