takin a week off

basically this week,i am goin off diet and not lifting.........gotta rest ya know what i mean:) if i gain some fat big deal:) i be back on my diet...just after thanksgiving everything got disorganized and stuff so by next monday back on dieting.........right now IF I AM HUNGRY I WILL EAT IT ,,,chinese food,pizza whaeva so when i go back to dieting i will have a reason why to diet hahaha

anyway what you think of this ,gonna be new routine

Monday-Chest/Biceps
Tuesday-AM CARDIO
Wednesday-Back/Biceps
Thursday-AM Cardio
Friday-Shoulders and some cardio
Saturday-Legs

any other routines someone can recommend?

the junk food consumed

1bagel creamcheese/1soda
orange chicken with brown rice for lunch
cinanamin raisin bagel after school
about 25cookies
kitkat bars
sesame chicken +white rice,

monday was worse i had 5bagels ,4donuts chinese food shit load of cereal..........
 
No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but u can have my snickers bars yumm yummm,better go do your cardio.........dam monday its back to routine gonna do serious cardio :( : (: (
 
On a three day split I generally prefer to do legs on wednesday and arms/shoulders on friday. My four day split is similar but I workout monday Tuesday and Thursaday Friday and take the weekend off. Otherwise, you really need to take some time off from the gymn now and again, I always come back stronger because it takes care of any overtraining issues.
 
yah thats why this week,i am just eating CRAPPY u know,than when i go back into diet mode its gonna be a shock for my body:)

Is this all the food you are eating or are you just listing the junk food? I think you should still be eating more protein sources even on your cheat days.
