basically this week,i am goin off diet and not lifting.........gotta rest ya know what i mean
if i gain some fat big deal
i be back on my diet...just after thanksgiving everything got disorganized and stuff so by next monday back on dieting.........right now IF I AM HUNGRY I WILL EAT IT ,,,chinese food,pizza whaeva so when i go back to dieting i will have a reason why to diet hahaha

Tuesday-AM CARDIO
Wednesday-Back/Biceps
Thursday-AM Cardio
Friday-Shoulders and some cardio
Saturday-Legs
