take the test for muscle dysmorphia

found this article at askmen.com about reverse anorexia

ARE YOU BIG ENOUGH?

Before you answer that question, ask yourself these:

1. Do you check out your physique in the mirror more than twice a day?
2. Do you weigh yourself once or twice a day to see if youve gained weight?
3. Are you obsessed with building mass?
4. Will you avoid going out to restaurants with friends because you're scared you'll cheat on your muscle-building diet or because you might lose muscle definition?
5. Do you dress in baggy clothes (at the gym or in public) because you're ashamed of your body and scared people will think you're too small?
6. Do you experience mood swings and anxiety attacks
7. Are you below average in body fat and still think your muscles could be more defined?
8. Are you generally dissatisfied with your body?

i answered yes to 6 of them, and i dont think i suffer from anything

That's exactly why its a mental illness, because you don't think there is anything wrong with you. Although there are varying degrees of illness, including muscle dysmorphia, I think most of us on the board are aware of our mass building infatuations, and don't allow it to interfere in our lives or cause distress (which is a necessary criteria for mental illness).
