Gorilla weight 175lb, bf low(about 7%). metabolism normal I would guess, but he only get about 6-7 hour sleep 5 times per week, then on weekends 8-10 hours. He would like to focus on the diet, eat very big and clean, therefor no crazy doses.
Cycle
EQ 600 first then 400mg per week - 9 weeks(so It will be out about at a week after the prop.
Testo Propionate 500mg - 10 weeks
Tren 100mg EOD Weeks 3-9
Winny 25mg ED weeks 7-11(higher dose fucks real bad with his joints.)
Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
(also nolvadex on hand if needed)
also HCG every week for testicles, from the day he stepps on the tren
Suppliements
Alpha lipoic Acid 1.5g per day, inositol 3g per day, 5-htp for insomnia, multivitamines + minerales, omega3. 70mg Zink per day.
Protein about 2g per lb, carbs A LOT, fat moderate mostly from flaxx and PB and omega3.
My gorilla is looking to put on a good amount of mass, but still not bloat or gain to much fat. I know it is hard to think of a number but just guess, what do you think you would gain?
He's looking for a 15lb lbm gain(10-12lb muscle maybe more, 2.5-5lb fat), maybe more?
