Tabs from an UG lab - what does everyone think the shelf life is? How long to you think they can be stored and still be Potent/effective.

Do you think we are talking months, year(s)?

Speaking in ref. to press tabs, not powder filled caps

depends on tab quality, binders/fillers and overall storage conditions
 
Tabs usually have a long shelf life but as Georgie 24 has said there are factors that can effect this.

This is a good question. Speaking of storing gear, what are the best conditions to store gear to get the max life out of them? Anyone have the answer? Tabs how and for how long? Liquids? Etc?

Some people need a refresher course about the rules of this forum, obviously they don't read the stickies.

You know, if you go to an internet forum and there is a sticky by the Admin himself on the front page.. it would be a good idea to click on it and check it out... he might be trying to tell you something.

Nothing from what i can see? Basically he got annoyed (and rightly so IMHO) that the answer to his question was met with the usual ''do a search'' etc when it would be easier, quicker and far more helpful simply to answer the original question if indeed you know it. If you don't would have been beneficial to keep check back to see what the possible answer maybe so as to learn.

Just my opinion but the way i read it anyway

yes he did but again why did you not simply answer the question or if nothing os substance to add then simply do not reply at all?

The way he worded his reply was not best practice i agree but the catalyst was simply not answering the question in the first place to which he said why bother replying. That was the problem.

Anyway its done now and sure he will not ask another question on this board again

If I had to guess, I would say in his original message, he mentioned the sources name.

That would explain the edited post and all the bashing

Yes he has and we have but can you not see that the reaction would not have been caused if you simply had answered his question. What benefit did you think there was to reply ''do a search'' and then because he got upset you start chucking rules of the forum at him.

This is a site where it relies on user participation in terms of answering questions and learning.

For all those that did not see it then basically the thread starter replied to the ''do a search reply'' by saying if you can not answer then please do not put anything as it does not help. The way it was worded was a flame and not right but the message IMHO was correct.

Anyway it is dropped as i would not want to ''swim with sharks'' i can not imagine the consequences of that!
