Hi this is my first thread so apologies if i make any mistakes.
I've bin on and off training for the past 5 years but never took it too seriously until now,
now ive got a family and a permanent setup of things to do each day i want to start seeing real gains.
I'm 6feet 1 and 245 pounds. train pretty hard on the weights daily and do a fair amount of cardio but i have alot stomach fat that i cant seem to get rid of!!!
Im currently runnung a course of winstrol eod and t5 everyday. Im doing 2 main cardio sessions a week incl. 7 mile runs but over the last 5 weeks have not dropped a single pound!
Im eating well with the occasional cheat day but other than that ive stepped up training and diet more than i ever have.
Although i did inject into my shoulder and found that its aching like mad. 3rd day today and i could hardly sleep coz of the pain last night. normally shoot in the glutes but heard this is a better place to do it. is this normal
Any advice or info would be widely appreciated
Also im thinking of throwing in some deca in a couple of weeks.
