Which do you prefer, what do you use it for, and is it OTC?
T4=Synthroid, correct?
T3=Cytomel, correct?
I have read T4 is better, but why?
UG labs are not the best bet, I'm sure, as dosage or over-dosage can seriously cause problems, possibly making you dependent on exogenous thyroid. So, what's the scoop?
