Man o man, I feel stupid posting but i am so out of touch with how to put a cycle together it's unreal.
Let me give you a little background and hopefuly someone with a little knoweldge can help me out.
I am 27, i have juiced quite a bit in my day but in the last 4 years I have gained 30 lbs of fat and lost all muscle definition. I work nights and have for the last few years so my eating schedule is fucked as well as my sleeping. That should be no excuse to put the weight on. My eating habbits havent changed but my drinking habbits have kicked in 1000000000000 times more.
Again. I weigh 236 lbs. I have a ungodly 40 inch waist and some chubby ****ing cheeks! lol.
my legs, gluts and shoulder are in great shape. My arms and stomachb need a major kick in the ass. I am looking to start a massive cycle to get me back on track. this is what i have but i am not sure the best way to take it all to give me the best results.
I have:
10cc's of t300 200 mcg/ml
20 cc's of clen 200 mcg/ml
80 cc's of oil based winny 25mg/ml ( was told to take it oral)
20 cc's of deca 200mg/ ml
50 dbal 5 mg per pill
someone break this down for me in the best way yo take this. I want to drop a lot of weight quickly. if i need to get more stuff it isnt a problem, the availibility is amazing for me but please point me in the right direction. the guy I get it from gave me an idea but i'd like to hear more opinions on it!
My girlfriend also has the same amount of t300 and clen. she also would like to lose a few lbs, if anyone knows how to direct her as well that would be great! we're going to cancun in march and hope to get back in my 24 year old form! lol. i've got my work cut out for me!
